Order FAQs
SHIPPING
- Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours.
- Purchases after 2pm-5pm PST will go out in next day mail and for orders received on the weekend, we ship on Monday.
- US orders are generally delivered within 2-5 business days.
- International orders follow the courier delivery timeframe.
- Please be aware that some countries may impose a customs duty. DNE Beachwear is not responsible for any customs duties imposed by your country.
- Postage is non refundable.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
- We can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your delivery.
- All items must be in original condition, UNWORN, UNSCENTED, UNWASHED and UNALTERED, with original tags and hygiene liner attached.
- All item(s) will undergo a detailed inspection once received. If the returned item(s) do not meet our outlined standards for return, then the item(s) will be returned to the customer’s original shipping address.
- All items purchased on sale or with discounts are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Please note that there is a $5 returns fee assessed on all returns.
- Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns. We offer shipping labels for exchanges only.
How do I process a Return or Exchange?
Send us a message here with the following information:
- The same name used at the purchase and your order number.
- Indicate the reason for return next to the item(s) you’re sending back and for an exchange list the items you wish to receive. If requesting a refund, we will credit your original method of payment (credit card) if you used a different method than a credit card please contact us at info@dnebeachwear.com
Remember to:
- Pack your item(s) and include the invoice inside.
- Send your package back to DNE Beachwear in the original packaging.
